• We want your conference participants to feel at home. If you provide your company’s logo, we are happy to mark the conference rooms.
• To ensure that your conference is perfectly ready, we ask you to send your filled-in conference agreement two weeks before the start of the conference.
• Please let us know the e-mail address and telephone number of your instructor. We would like to contact him for fine-tuning (conference technology, shape of tables, chairs, etc.)
• To ensure that participants can check in fast, we’d need a list of participants and an exact room plan one week before the start of the conference at the latest.
• To avoid misunderstandings we ask for clear payment details beforehand, to ensure that your invoice is issued accordingly.
